What is DiSC? 

Used by millions of organisations worldwide, DiSC is a framework that helps plot  peoples working styles into four primary categories: 

  • D is for dominance: results oriented, determined and direct 

  • I is for influence: enthusiastic, outgoing and persuasive

  • S is for steadiness: thoughtful, supportive and patient

  • C is for conscientiousness: precise, detail-oriented and analytical 

Everyone is a combination of each style but most people tend to have one more dominant style.

Frequently asked questions about our DiSC workshops

  • You can choose from an individual/small group debrief (2 hours) half/day workshop, a full day, or longer, depending on your requirements. 

  • For in-person sessions, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 25 participants is required. For larger numbers, we can split into groups and hold the workshops over several sessions. 

    Online sessions are available however in-person is preferred to get the most out of the workshop and enhance team connection

  • We will come to you. If you don’t have a suitable space, we can discuss hiring a venue that meets your needs. 

  • Depending on the number of participants and the duration of the workshop, costs can vary. But as a ballpark, allow a budget of $450-$700 per person plus additional costs like catering and venue hire. Contact us to discuss your needs and we can provide a custom quote.
