If you have a big project to deliver, or peak busy times of year, we can increase our level of support during the implementation stage. And can slow things down when you have less demand. 

Frequently asked questions about our outsourced HR service

  • The minimum commitment is three months, which allows enough time to undertake a thorough analysis of your current situation and develop a strategy. 

  • It depends on the level of support you need. You can access us from half a day a fortnight, up to one or two days per week. Most small business clients start with one day a week and then reassess after the discovery phase.

  • The cost varies depending on the level of support to suit our needs, but can range from $3,500 - $15,000 per month, to give you a ballpark. Or you can let me know your budget and I can propose a bespoke support package for your needs.
