Hi, I'm Julia O'Reilly, the Founder of People & Growth Consulting. With a focus on delivering exceptional People and Culture solutions, we cater to scaling small to medium businesses with limited HR capability and large organisations undertaking strategic projects.

With over a decade of experience in various industries such as retail, e-commerce, FMCG, tech, property, professional services and health I have honed my skills as a senior P&C leader which allows me to craft effective solutions for complex people challenges. My passion lies in driving growth, managing disruption, and implementing strategic HR planning, project management, and change management initiatives.
